Leave, pain relief, tablets, always polite, talk to people, more settled in the warneford hospital, talked to heather on catch up. I do appreciate the help and the staff, can’t thank them enough. More settled than the Cherwell ward @ the Churchill

Staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful.

The care of patients is not been, always, as it should. HCA's are failing to hold as per management policy. Daily planning meetings, and are breaching better staff and patients confidentiality while in patients commercial areas. Dining room, during meal times and sitting room. HCA's have a tendercy to disrespect policies inappropriately and have time to sit and watch TV and disrespect other remits as do certain domestic staff.
